AltarCare

“Pure and undefiled religion is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress
and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”  (James 1:27)

It is our desire to inspire and equip the Body of Christ with the tools necessary to establish Gospel-centered Orphan Care Ministries. These ministries will not only strengthen those who are called to the journey of adoption and foster care, but will prepare and engage the whole Church to respond to this vital mission.

AltarCare will accomplish the following:

  • Assist the church in laying a biblically solid foundation for orphan care.
  • Move you toward the most efficient systems and process in doing the work of orphan care.
  • Identify, train, and implement the leaders God is calling to the ministry of orphan care.
  • Equip the church with the necessary resources and tools needed to be effective, as it relates to serving the least of these.

There are three components to establishing a Gospel-centered Orphan Care Ministry.

AltarWorks

“Faith without works is dead.”  (James 2:26)

Not only does Altar84 desire to equip the Church with the work of caring for their vulnerable communities, adoptive, and foster families, but also in caring for the world’s orphans.  We will do this from a holistic approach, by providing our church partners the opportunity to serve alongside the indigenous church, locally, nationally, and internationally.

Altar84 is committed to helping churches identify tangible needs they can meet.  We will strive to connect your church to “works” that fit within your churches vision and mission. Altar84 can help lead, assist, and train your people to be effective within this work with the ultimate goal of seeing the partnering church take ownership of the work they get involved in.

AltarNetworks

“A threefold cord is not quickly broken.” (Eccl. 4:12)

We know the orphan crisis is an overwhelming burden for any one church, family, or organization to bear alone. That is why it is our desire to network local churches, families, and organizations together so that we will be better equipped to fulfill the call to care in their region, state, nation, and around the world. With combining resources, manpower, finances, and passion, we will have maximum impact and reach a greater number of orphans.
