As a Ministry Partnership Intern, you’ll support Altar84 administratively. You’ll have a hand in helping us manage partnerships with churches and other faith-based organizations. You will also support Altar84 in research, and special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research prospective ministry partners
  • Maintain Altar84’s relationships with our ministry partners
  • Handle general ministry partnership support, working closely with our team to make sure all communication with partners is stream-lined and consistent
  • Come up with and pitch ideas to expand our ministry partnerships and improve the overall partnership experience.

You know how to best use iOS applications, Microsoft Office and online tools to manage logistics, reports and contact info. You’re an expert at setting up documents and systems in a way that can be understood by anyone.

You’re independent yet flexible
You achieve results with little supervision. You aspire to own projects while also following staff’s direction and leadership.

COMMITMENT

We are looking for a student or recent graduate. We’ll need you for 15-20 hours, 3
days a week. Please apply if you are located in the Birmingham, AL area.

COMPENSATION

This is an unfunded internship. However, we would allow for you to raise support
up to $1,000 a month for compensation. Also, it will afford to you the opportunity
to gain experience at a non-profit with an ambitious mission. We will gladly work
with your institution to give you academic credit for your experience.
